Delivery
Every UMSI order is carefully prepared and packed before beginning its journey to you.
Orders are currently delivered throughout South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Order Processing
Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for UMSI to prepare and dispatch your order. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery
Once your parcel has been collected, delivery times will depend on your location and the courier service selected. Delivery times may vary between major centres, regional and outlying areas.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so that you can follow your parcel's journey.
Please note that occasional courier delays caused by circumstances outside UMSI's control may occur.
